1. Agreement to Terms

This website and its associated learning platform (the "Platform") are owned and operated by No Limits Language School ("we," "us," or "our"). These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to our Platform and your enrollment in our language courses ("Courses"). By enrolling in a Course, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms.

2. Our Courses & Services

No Limits provides high-quality language education through online courses and tutoring. We are committed to fostering a respectful and effective learning environment.

• Course Information: We strive to describe our Courses, including curriculum and learning outcomes, as accurately as possible. However, we reserve the right to make adjustments to course content, schedules, or instructors to enhance the learning experience.
• Student Code of Conduct: All students are expected to maintain a respectful and professional demeanor in all interactions with tutors and fellow students. We do not tolerate any form of harassment or disruptive behavior and reserve the right to remove any student from a course without a refund for violating this code.
• Course Availability: All Courses are subject to availability. We reserve the right to cancel or reschedule a Course due to insufficient enrollment or other unforeseen circumstances, in which case a full refund or credit will be offered.

3. Payments, Enrollment, and Refunds

Our goal is to ensure a smooth and transparent enrollment and payment process.

• Payment: We accept payment through the methods specified at checkout. Full payment is required to confirm your enrollment and secure your place in a Course. All transactions are processed through secure, PCI-compliant payment gateways.
• Enrollment: Upon successful payment, you will receive an email confirmation with details on how to access your Course materials and the learning Platform. It is your responsibility to ensure you have the necessary technology (e.g., reliable internet connection, compatible device) to participate.
• Cancellations & Refunds: You may cancel your enrollment for a full refund up to 7 days before the official start date of the Course. Cancellation requests received within 7 days of the start date are eligible for a 50% refund. No refunds will be issued once a Course has begun.
• Course Issues: If you experience technical difficulties or have concerns about the quality of instruction, please contact our support team immediately. We will work with you to resolve the issue, which may include providing technical support or, at our discretion, offering a credit for future Courses.

4. User Accounts

You must create a student account ("Student Portal") to access our Platform and Course materials. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account information, including your password, and for all activity that occurs under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

5. Intellectual Property

All content on this Platform, including the No Limits name and logo, course materials, lesson plans, videos, exercises, text, and platform design, is our exclusive property and is protected by copyright and intellectual property laws. Your enrollment grants you a limited, non-transferable license to access and use the materials for personal, non-commercial educational purposes only. You are strictly prohibited from recording, distributing, or reselling our course content.

6. Limitation of Liability

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, NO LIMITS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE PLATFORM OR PARTICIPATION IN OUR COURSES. WHILE WE ARE COMMITTED TO PROVIDING EFFECTIVE INSTRUCTION, WE DO NOT GUARANTEE ANY SPECIFIC LEARNING OUTCOME OR LEVEL OF PROFICIENCY, AS RESULTS ARE DEPENDENT ON INDIVIDUAL STUDENT EFFORT AND COMMITMENT.

7. Changes to These Terms

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. We will provide notice by updating the "Last Updated" date at the top of this page. Your continued use of the Platform after any such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.
